Project managed and prepared planning advice and assessment of environmental effects for the surf club facility building for the Hot Water Beach Surf Lifesaving Club. The building is located within the road reserve area adjoining the Hot Water Beach reserve and comprises a Surf Rescue Craft Storage Area; a First Aid Area; and a Patrol Tower. Planners Plus Limited identified various potentially affected parties and undertook consultation with the key stakeholders associated with the project. The necessary written approvals were obtained, and the application was processed on a non-notified basis.
